Hi and welcome to my photography site. My name is Gary Guancione and I’m a photographer based in Key West, Florida. My 30 plus years of photography experience has resulted in thousands of  images and I’d like to share just a few of these with you here on this site.      Since 2003 I’ve been photographing a lot of weddings here in Key West. My wife Colleen is a wedding planner and officiant and she keeps me quite busy.     Having grown up in New Jersey, that particularly ugly part of northern New Jersey near Newark, my exposure to natural beauty was pretty much limited to Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom on Sunday night TV.  Moving to Key West in 1989 was a major change... for the better. Here we’re surrounded by all the best that Mother Nature has to offer. I’ve included some photographs from around our little island, and some from farther afield in the Nature section.

    One of the most frequent questions we get from visitors to Key West is “you live in paradise...where do you go on vacation???”  I say “anywhere.”  I love Key West but I also love to travel.  From South America to Europe to our wonderful National Parks, I can’t wait
to start planning my next trip. We’re thinking canal boat through Ireland this year. Should be some great opportunities for photography on that one. Might need a waterproof camera, though.

    My main business is Key West weddings, however, I am also available for commercial photography. Many of the images in the Commercial gallery were used to promote local businesses on their web sites and brochures.  Boats, bars, building, beaches or birds...I am happy to photograph them all.
